If the event is postponed, do I need to do anything to transfer my tickets?

All tickets for the original event are automatically transferred and are valid for the make-up date, even if your tickets have the original date on them. New tickets will not be issued, unless you resend them through the Account Dashboard.

All you have to do is show up with your original tickets, or even better, your resent tickets. If you are unable to attend the new date, you can either request to hold your tickets as a credit for a future event or transfer them to another event on our calendar (a fee may be required).
