How will I know if an event is postponed?

In the days leading up to an event, we closely monitor weather patterns from a weather station closest to our actual venue.

In the case of bad weather, we notify all ticket holders through email and text messages, as well as our Night Lights social media channels (Instagram and Facebook event page).

This notice will be broadcast several times leading up to the event date to ensure participants are aware of a postponement.

If you are the ticket purchaser, you have already been subscribed to these event and weather updates, however, if you are attending the event, but are not the purchaser, you can subscribe to event updates on our website. Make sure you receive notifications about any potential weather issues by visiting www.nightlightsevent.com and scrolling to the bottom of the page.
