Be careful when purchasing from a third party
Unfortunately, we regularly encounter customers at our events who have purchased fake, duplicated, invalid, or misrepresented tickets from third-party sellers.
The only website Night Lights guarantees ticket purchases through is our official website, NightLightsEvent.com.
*Night Lights does not sell tickets through third-party ticketing or resale websites such as Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, TickPick, or through social media sellers.
While we do everything we can to help protect our customers and followers from scams, Night Lights cannot guarantee tickets purchased from another person, website, marketplace, or social media account and cannot be held responsible for third-party transactions, scams, or invalid tickets.
If you choose to purchase tickets from a third party, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions:
- Have the tickets validated before sending payment. Email our support team (support@nightlightsevent.com) with a screenshot of the tickets and the email address of the original purchaser. We can check whether the tickets correspond to an order in our system.
- Use a payment method that includes Buyer Protection. Do not send money using payment methods intended for friends and family or other methods that provide no purchase protection.
- Be cautious of social media sellers. A seller having a legitimate-looking profile, screenshots of tickets, or an order confirmation does not guarantee that the tickets are valid or that the seller actually owns them.
- Remember that a valid ticket can still be resold more than once. Receiving a legitimate-looking ticket does not necessarily mean another copy hasn’t been given or sold to someone else.
What happens if I purchase a fraudulent ticket?
Night Lights cannot refund money paid to a third-party seller or guarantee admission for tickets purchased outside of our official website.
If a ticket has been duplicated or otherwise becomes invalid, only a valid, unused ticket will be accepted for admission. Purchasing through our official website is the only way to ensure your ticket purchase is guaranteed by Night Lights.
