Transferring Tickets

Can I transfer my tickets to a different event?

Yes, your tickets are 100% transferable. Transfers will only be accepted up to 2 days before event day. (A small fee may be required)

 

With Priority Access

If you purchased Priority Access and if you are looking to transfer your tickets to a different event or date, or if you can’t attend a rescheduled date, you can use your wristbands and lantern cards for any event on our schedule, or you may hold on to them for a future event. All you need to do is log into the Account Dashboard and click the Transfer button below your order.

 

Without Priority Access

If you did not purchase Priority Access, just log into the Account Dashboard and click the Transfer button below your order, to be directed to the Ticket Transfer Request form. Once this form is filled out and submitted, a customer service team member will reach out to you.

 

Is there a charge to transfer tickets?

A fee may be required. If you purchased Ticket Protection and the event you’re requesting to transfer to is the same regular price as the event you originally purchased, you will not be charged a fee. If the event that you are transferring to is a different price, you will be charged a fee before the tickets can be transferred. Transfers will only be accepted up to 2 days before event day.

 

Can I transfer tickets to someone else?

Of course! There is nothing more you need to do except send the tickets (printed or emailed) to the person you are transferring to.

 

When you received your eTickets, they will have the purchaser’s name printed on them. We are not able to change the name on the tickets, however it is not necessary. Any person in your group may use the tickets. We do not check ID for ticket entry.
