Please search your email inbox for emails from “email@example.com”. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can’t find your tickets, log into the Account Dashboard where you will be able to resend your tickets to the email you provided on your order. Just click the button that says “Resend Tickets” and check your inbox in a few minutes. If you still have issues, please reach out here.
If you run into issues and don't hear from us before the event, just come out to the event. We will have you on our list of attendees and can look you up (This may increase your wait time, so it is always better to have your tickets if possible).
