If you’re looking for your order confirmation, please search your email inbox for emails from “orders@email.nightlightsevent.com”. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
Please log in to the Account Dashboard starting 10 days before your event. You will see a button under your order where you will be able to “Download Tix”. Your tickets will be sent to your email within 5 minutes. Remember, tickets are only available for download 10 days before your event.

If you run into issues and don't hear from us before the event, just come out to the event. We will have you on our list of attendees and can look you up (This may increase your wait time, so it is always better to have your tickets if possible).
