How do I know if I purchased Ticket Protection with my order?

If you purchased Ticket Protection, it will show on your order receipt. If you can’t locate your order receipt, you can log into the Account Dashboard. If you purchased Ticket Protection, you will see it below your order.

What is Ticket Protection?

Similar to a sporting event or concert, Night Lights has a no refund policy.

However, we understand that your plans can change β€” and, as a weather-dependent event, it may be inconvenient for you to attend, if your event is rescheduled to a new date, due to weather including high winds, burn bans, and rain.

Ticket protection can be added to your order during checkout and will allow you to receive a refund – for any reason – including, if the event is rescheduled, so long as you request a refund at least 1 day before the event.

If you are concerned about your upcoming plans or the chance of a reschedule, your best option is to purchase Ticket Protection with your order.

What does Ticket Protection cover?

Ticket Protection allows you to claim a refund if you cannot use your tickets due to:

  • Illness
  • Traffic
  • Weather Emergency
  • Work Requirements

Ticket Protection allows you to claim a refund for:

  • Your ticket price
  • Priority Access (if kits are returned to us in new condition)
  • Service Fee / SER&L Fee
  • Parking & Facility Fee
  • Local Sales Tax

Ticket Protection does not include a refund on the price of Ticket Protection, processing fees, transfer fees, or any other fees not listed above. Ticket Protection does not include coverage for any other expenses including travel, gas, flights, or hotels. Priority Access kits must be returned to qualify for a refund.
