What is Priority Access?
Priority Access is an upgrade your can purchase at checkout. It allows you to have your wristbands, lantern claim cards, and waivers shipped to you before the event. This is a great option if you'd like to avoid registration lines.
You'll still be required to go through a security checkpoint, but with Priority Access, you can put your wristbands on, walk right around the registration lines, drop your signed waivers at the registration tent, and head right into the venue to claim your lanterns.
Priority Access also includes an extra lantern for each ticket, 15% off merchandise (excluding fire pits and s’mores kits), and a few extra goodies (but we’ll keep those a surprise). Priority Access Kits are typically mailed out 1-2 weeks after your order is placed.
If you purchased Priority Access and are looking to transfer your tickets to a different event or date, or if you can’t attend a rescheduled date, you can just use your wristbands and lantern cards for any event on our schedule (or you may hold on to them for a future event). All you need to do is log into the Account Dashboard and click the Transfer button below your order.
Lost or misplaced Priority Access kits cannot be replaced, so make sure you keep them safe and bring them with you to the event.
If I purchased Priority Access, do I need to show my eTickets at the event?
Yes, you will need to have your eTickets accessible. Just take a screenshot of your tickets, or print them out to have them ready, since cellular service may be spotty at the venue.
When do I get my wristband?
If you purchased the "Priority Access" option when ordering tickets, your wristbands will arrive 1-2 weeks after your order is completed. If you did not purchase this add-on, you will receive your wristbands the day of the event, as you enter.
